We prefer a minimum order of $100 for online purchases. Smaller
amounts incur a handling charge of $20 per order. We can also be found at the
Mission Beach Monster Markets on the last Sunday of the month between Easter
and Christmas.
We usually ship via Greyhound Bus Freight. There is a section at the
checkout and on the order form where you can specify the Greyhound depot to which
you wish your order to be delivered. If you require an alternative method of delivery
please specify this at the checkout or on the order form. Please note that heliconias
and torch gingers can be quite heavy. There will be a minimum freight charge of $20 in
Queensland and $35 in Darwin. El Arish Tropical Exotics do all we can to ensure that
your plants arrive safely but we cannot be held responsible once the plants are in the
hands of the freight companies.
El Arish Tropical Exotics are not open to the public as a retail nursery.
You are welcome to pick up plants but you will need to arrange an appointment to do so.
For payment we accept cheque, money order or direct deposit. Once payment
has cleared we will contact you with information on your expected delivery date.
