Payment must be made within 5 working days. We can only hold stock for that long.
All our plants can be traced through Australia Post’s Eparcel service. If your parcel is lost during transport
by Australia Post, although this is out of our control, we will still replace your order, or provide a credit or refund, up to the value of $100 (excluding postage costs).
WE make every effort to make sure your plants arrive safely and in a timely fashion. However, we cannot be held responsible if you have given us the wrong mailing or shipping address or are not available to pick up your plants or don’t have the time/ability to nurture them properly.
We generally ship the Monday or Tuesday following cleared payment. Payment must be cleared by 9 am on Saturday for plants to be prepared to go on Monday/Tuesday. Occasionally due to holidays or extenuating circumstances plants will be held to the following week. Occassionally we can send on a different day to try and coordinate your package arriving on a specific day.
However, we can never guarenentee when your package arrives as we have no controll over couriers/australia post.

At El Arish Tropical Exotics we pride ourselves on our high quality plants. We guarantee that our plants will leave here in prime condition. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund.
YOU are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange if the goods you purchased:

Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods or choose the wrong size/colour.
THere is a 25% restocking fee for cancelled orders is stock has been set aside for the order.
Tropical Plants are a perishable item and will only thrive in certain conditions please satisfy that you will be able to provide those conditions and choose wisely.
Information on the website, via phone, fax and email is supplied as a guide only. By placing an order, you accept the fact that significant variations may occur in plants, plant appearance and plant sizes due to location, climate, soil, cultural practices & other growth factors.
